Rooted in rock + a love affair with blues and country, Kerosene Drifters bring their brand of Drifter Rock to the Texas music scene. Their versatility allows for performances as an acoustic duo on steroids, a trio or a full band. The husband/wife power duo packs a larger than life sound into the hearts of listeners with acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass and a loop pedal. Rounding out their music, this pair also has rare "blood" harmonies which create otherworldly tones. Drawing on the influences of Fleetwood Mac, Zac Brown Band, Elle King and The Allman Brothers among others, Kerosene Drifters’ sophomore LP (due out Spring 2022) utilizes a dense mix of guitars, organ, piano, cello, bass and drums topped with powerful vocals and those haunting blood harmonies. Singles "Redemption", "Bad Mojo" and "Oh Gloria" have been released monthly ahead of the much anticipated duet featuring Texas' own J.R. Castillo on "Give In to Me" along with their album release. Accolades for KD include international airplay and chart placement for "Redemption", "Bad Mojo", and "Oh Gloria", national airplay for original music video “Barb’s Wired” on REELZ channel, Runner-Up in national competition Texas Dream Night Talent Search, opening for Grammy nominated Reckless Kelly and Micky & the Motorcars, among multiple television/radio appearances, and online/physical publications. As a husband/wife team they also enjoy hanging out with their animals, cooking, gardening, supporting live music and having a shot of good tequila with friends.
